Villa Filis is a sumptuous villa ideally located on the hill overlooking the island's capital town of Lefkada and offering magnificent views of the lagoon and the coasts of Greece's mainland surrounding the island. Perfectly purposed for those who seek relaxation and serenity in full privacy, whilst being in close vicinity to Lefkada town and the island's greatest beaches. The Villa's luminous and meticulously designed interiors along with the peaceful surroundings create the ultimate environment for relaxation.
It is within a 10-minute drive from Lefkada town as well as from the amazing beaches of Agios Ioannis, Pefkoulia and the picturesque village of Agios Nikitas. The closest village is Tsoukalades (only 5 minutes drive), where you can find taverns, grocery stores and pharmacies.
Extending over 3 levels, the Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests.
Ground floor
The Villa is surrounded by a spacious yard with a lawn and gardens with Mediterranean plants and trees, along with a stone paved patio with a pergola-shaded seating area. It also features a cozy barbecue corner with a traditional wood-fire BBQ.
For groups larger than 6 people, the Villa on its ground floor also offers the option of an additional independent Studio and a 1-bedroom apartment.

First floor
The 1st floor features the main living spaces of the Villa.
There is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a large dining area with a 12-seated dining table. These both lead to a huge and fully furnished balcony offering an astonishing view.
Further into the floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen right next to a second cozy dining area with a 6-seated dining table.
The floor also offers an ergonomic working station with a desktop screen as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Access to the 1st floor is via stairs.
Second floor
The 2nd floor is the main sleeping area.
It features the master bedroom with a gorgeous front view of Lefkas town and surrounding coastal area; one double bedroom with the same front view and a second rear double bedroom with side view of the surrounding hill with olive trees and Mediterranean nature.
The master bedroom and the front double bedroom, both share a huge balcony equipped with sunbeds. The rear double bedroom has its own private covered balcony, furnished with chairs for moments of serenity.
The floor has a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub.
The 2nd floor is connected to the 1st floor with an internal staircase.
